Fitzy's is far more than your average food truck. I've used them for several professional functions, as well as for a family party. Their culinary skills and creativity would catch anyone by surprise, and I continue to be impressed by the quality, presentation and delicious options they can provide. Whether they're preparing sandwiches, salads, desserts or a full fledge Thanksgiving dinner, you can rest assured that your function is in great hands. Scott and Kathy are genuine, kind and flexible, and their passion for making your event a success is obvious by the care and attention you'll receive. Their food is delicious, high quality and carefully prepared—it's obvious that food is more than just a job for these guys. If you want to impress your guests with something different than your "typical" catering company but still leave them raving about your food, Fitzy's Fork in the Road is the way to go.

To Whom It May Concern:
If you are looking to hire a caterer, I would highly recommend Fitzy's Fork in the Road for your next event or company lunch program!
Fitzy's has been providing our office with a personalized lunch service on Tuesday's over the past couple of years, and our employees just love the convenience and most importantly, the quality of food they provide which is absolutely delicious! Scotty, the proprietor, creates a delicious menu to please everyone's palate, offering a variety of options which changes weekly. Scotty and his crew expertly prepares the made-to-order lunches on-site at our office, which is a huge benefit to our employees!
Fitzy's is also very efficient. A menu is sent a day in advance; set up is always on-time; lunch preparation is fast, accommodating everyone within the lunch hour; and they do a thorough job with the clean-up.
We are very pleased with the quality of food and service that Fitzy's provides. I highly encourage you to give them a try and know that you will not be disappointed! If you require further information, please feel free to give me a call.
